Two Teens Arrested Over the Weekend

Friday, March. 2
At 1:37 a.m. a motor vehicle on High Plain Road was repossessed.

At 11:48 p.m. a caller reported a female sitting at the train station for more than three hours and was concerned for her well being. The female was just waiting for a ride.
Saturday, March 3

At 3:10 a.m. police responded to a one-vehicle crash on Lowell Street. A car hit a utility pole and the operater suffered only minor injuries. National Grid was notified.
At 10:23 a.m. identity fraud was reported on Main Street.
At 2:43 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported that two medications were stolen from his car Thursday night.
At 3:18 p.m. a caller reported that his computer was smashed in a parking lot on Dascomb Road.
At 9:46 p.m. a caller reported a two-car motor vehicle accident on Elm Square. No injuries were reported.
At 10 p.m. a caller reported that the Andover Street bridge was iced over.
Sunday, March 4
At 1:30 a.m. police arrested Brandon J. Spinosa, 19, 29 Parkway Ave., Billerica, on Fox Hill Road. Spinosa was charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
At 3:23 a.m. police arrested Kevin M. Sullivan, 19, of 8 Prouty Road, Burlington, on Elm Street. Sullivan was charged with a marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor and possessing a false or stolen RMV document.
At 7:13 p.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Argilla Road. A motor vehicle struck a mailbox and two trees. The crash was the result of a road rage incident and involved two other motor vehicles. An officer caught up with the other two motor vehicles on Midland Circle.
