Underage Party Broken Up on Bartlet Street

Friday, July 20
At 8:49 a.m. police assisted North Andover with a breaking and entering.

At 11:10 a.m. a caller reported a sign that was knocked down on Beech Circle.
At 11:46 p.m. a caller reported theft of scrap metal on Haverhill Street.

At 3:24 p.m. police reported a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Main Street.
At 6:29 p.m. a caller reported a young man that was breaking glass bottles in the gazebo on Bartlet Street. An officer summonsed the youth for littering and breaking glass in public.
At 9:19 p.m. an employee at a hotel on Tech Drive reported that a guest's car was broken into last night.
Saturday, July 21
At7:09 a.m. a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Hidden Road. A vehicle had hit a telephone pole and the air bag had deployed. The utility pole was split in half and National Grid was notified.
At 9:08 a.m. a caller reported that her mailbox was vandalized overnight on Wildwood Road.
At 10:44 a.m. harassment was reported on Jenkins Road.
At 11:33 a.m. police issued a citation for texting while driving on Main Street.
At 3:47 p.m. police arrested David Ramirez, 31, of 180 Main St., Winthrop, on Route 133.Ramirez was charged with speeding in violation of a special regulation, reckless operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police.
At 8:10 p.m. police arrested Alberto Torres, 19 Green St., Apt. 10, Milford, on North Main Street. Torres was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation.
Sunday, July 22
At 1:10 a.m. police broke up an underage drinking party on Bartlet Street. One minor will be summonsed with for being a minor in possession of alcohol, furnishing alcohol and keeping a disorderly house. The minor was held by police until his parents picked him up.
At 12:17 p.m. a theft was reported at the Staybridge Suites on Hawthorne Circle.
At 1:11 p.m. a walk-in visitor reported that her purse was stolen on Morton Street.
