UPDATED: 1 Dead In Four-Alarm Fire at Arizona Terrace Condominium Complex

Fire broke out early Tuesday morning, officials are still on scene.

One person died in a four-alarm fire that decimated an Arizona Terrace condominium complex in Arlington Tuesday morning. 36 condos were destroyed, according to a report from WCBV Channel 5.

Crews continue to battle the battle the blaze that started on the third floor.

Most residents were evacuated from the building.

The fire broke out in the early morning hours, as early as 3 a.m. in unit #9, according to reports, and quickly spread to four alarms.

Initially, Arlington Fire Chief Robert Jefferson told WHDH, 7-News early Tuesday morning everyone was able to get outside safely, but the fatality was found as his crews went room-by-room through the complex.

Crews are still on the scene as of 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning and you can still see flames and smoke. Firefighters from Cambridge and Somerville assisted Arlington with fighting the massive blaze.
