Accused Attleboro Murderer Arrested
Attleboro police said Jaquan Cohen shot and killed Thomas Pomare in December.

ATTLEBORO, MA — A man accused of murdering a man in Attleboro in December was arrested Thursday, prosecutors said. Jaquan Cohen 26, of South Boston, was tracked to Brockton and arrested Thursday afternoon, according to Bristol County District Attorney Thomas Quinn.
Cohen is accused of murdering Thomas Pomare, 34, of Santa Barbara, California, in Attleboro on South Avenue December 4. Police have eyed marijuana as a possible motive in the case.
An Attleboro man was also arrested in connection with the case. Christopher Johnson was charged misleading investigators.
