Assault and Battery, OUI and Shoplifting

The following represents arrests between Nov. 30 through Dec. 2

Nov. 30

• *7:46 p.m. Karen Strang, 41, of 2 Merritt Pl. Apt. 1 was arrested at her home for suspicion of threat to commit a crime and disturbing the peace.
• 7:57 p.m. Fred Hoskins, 58, of 2 Merritt Pl. Apt. 1 was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
• 9:53 p.m. Singhok Kaing, 42, of 16 Horton St. Apt. 1 was arrested at County St. for suspicion of OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 
• 10:58 p.m. Christine Elmes, 44, of 16 Leroy St. Apt. 1 was arrested at Benefit St. for suspicion of failure to stop for police, uninsured motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield, a lights violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

• 2:10 p.m. Krystalee Mahon, 30, of Norton was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of larceny over $250 and on a warrant for shoplifting.
• 2:45 p.m. Katie Hay, 36, of Norton was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of larceny over $250 and shoplifting.
• 4:08 p.m. Jessica McParlin, 35, of Central Falls, RI was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting.
• 7:40 p.m. Matthew Scanlon, 42, of 33 Olive St. Apt. 3 was arrested at his home for suspicion of assault.
• 9:24 p.m. Shelby Schulz, 18, of 72 Richardson Ave. was arrested at Carlon St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
• 10:33 p.m. Kerrie Rapoza, 45, was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
• 10:37 p.m. Justin Urbanowicz, 22, was arrested at Washington St. on a warrant and charged with larceny under $250.

• 3:12 p.m. Jamie Frank, 39, of 75 Falmouth St. Apt. 2 was arrested at Pleasant St. on a warrant and charged with refusal to provide a DNA database sample.
• 4:55 p.m. Gloriann Reyes, 20, of Providence was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting.
• 5:11 p.m. Lisandra Reyes, 25, of Cranston RI was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting.
