Disturbing the Peace, Bad Driving and Assault

Eleven arrests are reported for May 2-5.

The Attleboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and charges (an arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction):

May 2

  • *7:15 a.m. Zachary A. Chaput, 23, of Attleboro was arrested at 947 Park St. on a warrant. He was charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle.
  • 7:43 p.m. Hugo R. Garzaro, 36, of Attleboro was arrested at 36 Emory St. on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI.

May 3

  • 8 a.m. Dustin Dean Dutra, 27, of Cranston was arrested on Cedar Street on a warrant. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 5:39 p.m. North Attleboro residents Timothy R. Lawrence, 30, and Karissa Lynn Randall, 27, were arrested at 1130 Newport Ave. on suspicion of shoplfiting.

May 4

  • 9:21 a.m. Marvin Nelson Ross, 53, of Attleboro was arrested at his Dean Street home on suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 9:59 p.m. Georgio M. Jamison, 19, of Attleboro was arrested on Brook Street on suspicion of domestic assault and battery and disturbing the peace.

May 5

  • 1:18 a.m. Marquis Devine Cohen, 20, of Attleboro was arrested at 11 Drummond St. on suspicion of disturbing the peace.
  • 6:24 p.m. Cynthia V. Davis, 20, of Attleboro was arrested at 75 South Main St. on a warrant. She was charged with being a person under 21 in posession of liquor.
  • 8:01 p.m. Cody J. Richard, 19, of Pawtucket was arrested on County Street on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a license and with registration not in possession. He was also accused of a brakes violation.

*The time indicates when the person was booked at the Attleboro police station.
