Disorderly Conduct, OUI, and Assault and Battery on a Police Officer
The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Oct. 21
- *4:36 p.m. Heidi Holt, 30, of 141 Richardson Ave. was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting by concealing.
- 6:33 p.m. Guillermo Tabares Osorio, 41, of Pawtucket, RI was arrested at Highland Ave. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield.
- 8:31 a.m. James Leigh, 40, of 47 Park St. was arrested at S. Main St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle trailer and an unregistered motor vehicle and on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- 8:45 a.m. Darrell Martin, 37, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at S. Main St. on a warrant and charged with assault and battery.
- 6:19 p.m. Durell Blanchard, 25 was arrested at 217 S. Main St. for suspicion of shoplifting by asporation, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
- 1:53 a.m. Andrew Maguire, 18, was arrested at 130 Pleasant St. on a warrant and charged with carrying a dangerous weapon.
- 2:37 a.m. Chad Avey, 32, of 650 County St. Apt. 1 was arrested at his home and charged with domestic assault and battery.
- 10:29 a.m. Jose Martinez, 39, of 7 Elbow St. was arrested at 31 Horton Ave. on a warrant and charged with miscellaneous munic ordinance/bylaw violation
- 4:34 p.m. Daniel Cuevas, 32, of Taunton was arrested at 1130 Newport Ave for suspicion of shoplifting by concealing.
- 6:53 p.m. Shannon West, 42, of N. Attleboro was arrested at Boardman Ln. for suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
- 11:11 p.m. Derek Andrade, 34, of 36 Hodges St. Apt. 3 was arrested at Hodges St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
- 6:15 p.m. Jean Joyal, 47, of N. Attleboro was arrested at Mendon Rd. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, failure to stop/yield and on a warrant for larceny over $250
- 10:30 p.m. Amanda Wynne, 31, of 341 Mendon Rd. was arrested at 444 Washington St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, assault and battery on a police officer, failure to stop/yield, and resisting arrest.
- 11:12 p.m. Amy Brunn, 30, was arrested at 103 Washington St. on a warrant and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
