Indecent Exposure, Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon and Shoplifting

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Nov. 23 through Nov. 25

Nov. 23

  • *2:46 a.m. Joshua Lavoie, 26, of 25 Dailey St. was arrested at S. Main St. on a warrant and charged with no inspection sticker.
  • 11:30 a.m. Christian Libby, 38, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Newport Ave. on a warrant and charged with indecent exposure.
  • 5:48 p.m. Wade Taylor, 49, of 58 13th St. was arrested at Thirteenth St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 6:29 p.m. Joseph Brooks, 31, of Pawtucket RI was arrested at Scott St. for suspicion of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop/yield and on a warrant for uninsured motor vehicle/trailer.
Nov. 24
  • 12:08 a.m. Christopher Porta, 43, of 24 Daisy Ln. was arrested at Daisy Ln. for suspicion of violating an abuse prevention order and domestic assault and battery.
  • 11:33 a.m. Robert Martin, 37, of Fall River was arrested at Newport Ave. for suspicion of shoplifting.
  • 10:05 p.m. Michael Deleon, 53, of 130 James St. Apt. 1 was arrested on a warrant and charged with uninsured motor vehicle or trailer.
Nov. 25
  • 12:38 a.m. Eric Namerow, 21, of Pawtucket, RI was arrested at Pine Rd. for suspicion of OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
  • 5:46 p.m. Danny Sieg, 60 of 50 Dunham St. Apt. 6 was arrested on a warrant and charged with miscellaneous munic ordinance/bylaw violation
