Second Offense OUI, Assault and Battery and Resisting Arrest

The following information about recent local arrests and charges was supplied by the Attleboro Police Department. An arrest and/or charge does not indicate a conviction.

The following represents arrests between Oct. 25 and Oct. 26

Oct. 25

  • *1:04 a.m. Holly Gianni, 37, of 12 Short St Apt. 1 was arrested at Morse Ave. for suspicion of disturbing the peace.
  • 2:10 a.m. Nicholas Souza, 21, of Rehoboth, was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, second offense, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 11:30 a.m. Corinne Mackey, 23, of Seekonk was arrested at Newport Ave for suspicion of larceny over $250.
  • 12:52 p.m. Tyler Allard, 18, of 135 Compton Dr. was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest.
  • 2:19 p.m. Devon Oliveira, 19, of 16 13th St. was arrested at S. Main St. for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 2:35 p.m. Dylan Reis, 19, of 176 Dublin Way Apt. 176 was arrested at Park St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, failure to stop for police and resisting arrest.
  • 2:55 p.m. Michael Chambers, 27, of 1230 Washington St. was arrested at Washington St. on a warrant and charged with larceny over $250.
  • 7:38 p.m. Brian Johnstone, 23, of 30 Second St. was arrested at Emory St. for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked and improper operation of a motor vehicle.
Oct. 26
  • 12:03 a.m. Michael Pelland, 20, of 164 Park St. Apt. 2 was arrested at N. Main St. for suspicion of possession of a Class D substance to distribute, suspicion of a Class C substance to distribute, possession of liquor under 21, conspiracy to violate drug law, and failure to stop or yield for police.
  • 12:37 a.m. Alberto Cruz, 31, of 22 School St. Apt. 2 was arrested at his home for suspicion of domestic assault and battery.
  • 4:33 a.m. Daniel Marsland, 23, of Cumberland RI was arrested at Washington St. for suspicion of OUI liquor, second offense, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
  • 3:38 p.m. Richard Galiotte, 19, of 9 Jackson St. was arrested at 44 N. Main St for suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
