The  reports the following recent arrests: Jennifer Lynn Barney, 26, of Seekonk was arrested March 21 on an unspecified warrant at her home. Eric Christopher Dolan, 34, of New Bedford was arrested and charged March 23 with operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He was also cited for allegedly failing to yield his vehicle at the intersection of County and Luther streets.
