ATTLEBORO, MA – Stop & Shop donated more than 4,000 bottles of hand sanitizer to Sturdy Memorial Hospital. Sturdy Memorial paid it forward by offering free hand sanitizer to visitors of the hospital and patients of its practices. Sturdy Memorial also delivered supplies of sanitizer to community based organizations and partners that service residents in the community who otherwise might not be able to obtain sanitizer. Manet Community Health Center, Column Health, Hebron Food Pantry and the Attleboro Norton YMCA were among the recipients.

“Sturdy Memorial remains committed to providing the tools needed to stop the spread of COVID-19. We are grateful to our friends at Stop & Shop for partnering with us to place thousands of bottles of sanitizer in to the hands of our community to promote the importance of proper hand hygiene,” Blair Bisher, Chief Operating Officer, Sturdy Memorial Associates.
