5 Things: BHS Softball and Boys Tennis Home Games

Four BHS home games, a new pastor at First Church of Christ, the start of the healing process following the Boston Marathon bombings and more in Bedford on April 18.

1. BHS Athletic Schedule: Bedford High School home games scheduled for Friday, April 19, according to the school's website, include varsity softball at 11 a.m. on Field C, JV softball at 11 a.m. on Field E, boys varsity tennis at 11 a.m. on the BHS tennis courts and boys JV tennis at 11 a.m. on the John Glenn Middle School tennis courts.Β

The Healing Process: Thursday morning,Β President Barack Obama stirred a solemn crowd at Boston's Church of the Holy Cross with a speech that highlighted the display of strength of a close-knit city and especially the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.
