Bedford Summer Adventures Celebrates End Of Session 1 With Video
Watch campers, staff and counselors freeze in place for the mannequin challenge.
BEDFORD, MA β Bedford closed out its first session of the Bedford Summer Adventures program on Monday and kids and staff froze time to make those last few moments last.
The summer program is a two-week session for kids to learn and play in their age group while enjoying the summer. The coronavirus pandemic didn't cancel the program this year but it did add an extra element of caution, as children and staff wore masks and consistently washed hands.
Closing out the first session of the season, the program put together a video recreating the popular Mannaequin Challenge. The viral challenge requires everyone in the video to stay perfectly still, like a mannequin, while the camera-person walks through the space to see the people frozen in time.
