Five Things: BOH Flu Clinic

Public meetings, a limited number of flu shots at Town Center and more in Bedford on Jan. 16.

 

1. Today in Public Meetings: According to the town website public meetings posted for today include the Depot Park Advisory Committee at 3 p.m., the Board of Assessors at 7 p.m. and Recreation Commission at 7 p.m. 

2. Board of Health to Administer Limited Number of Flu Shots: The Bedford Board of Health will have a limited number of flu shots available Thursday from 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m at Bedford Town Center. The shots will be administered on a first come, first serve basis.

3. Public Forum on Gun Violence: Citizens for Sensible Gun Policy, a grassroots group of Sudbury-area residents, will host a public educational forum Wednesday, Jan. 16 at 7 p.m. at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School. The forum will be moderated by Middlesex County Sheriff Peter Koutoujian.

5. Stormy Day, Cloudy Night: There is a 90 percent chance of rain and snow Wednesday before 5 p.m. with a high near 36, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts 30 percent chance of snow showers Wednesday night with a low of 27.
