1. Bedford Condo Sales: A new report from The Warren Group indicates that sales of condos in Bedford in the first month of 2013 increased compared to the numbers from January 2012. The median sale price for condos in Bedford this January was $216,000.
2. Today in Public Meetings: The only public meetings scheduled for today, according to the town website, is Selectmen at 7:30 p.m.
