Mother, Two Children Extricated From Rollover Crash on Concord Road
The Bedford Police and Fire Departments responded to a rollover crash near 178 Concord Road Monday afternoon.

Bedford police responded to reports of a rollover car crash near 178 Concord Road on March 18 at approximately 1 p.m., according to a press release from Police Chief Robert Bongiorno.Β
Upon arriving at the scene of the crash, officers observed one adult and two children trapped inside the overturned vehicle, and it was necessary for Bedford firefighters to use the jaws of life to extricate the mother and her two children from the vehicle, according to the release.Β

Concord Road was shut down to traffic for a short time while emergency crews worked to clear the scene of the crash.Β
The female operator of the vehicle was transported to Lahey Clinic in Burlington with serious but non-life threatening injuries, and the two children were transported to Children's Hospital in Boston with serious but non-life threatening injuries, according to the release.Β
