Police Log: A Rogue Golf Cart at Hartwell Farms

Saturday, April 13
9:39 a.m.- The Bedford Police Department received a call reporting a dog belonging to a Lido Lane resident was running around the neighborhood. The caller reported the owner had already received a fine from the animal control officer. The responding officer reported the dog ran back home.

10:07 a.m.- Police received a call from a motorist at Northside Convenience reporting a woman they didn't know had gotten into their car while they were in the store. The individual was located by police at McDonald's.
4:37 p.m.- Police received a call reporting two bicycles had been found in the woods near Bedford Village. The responding officer reported the two youths had found the bikes on the property of a home that abuts Bedford Village. The officer reported the two boys would walk the bikes back to where they found them.

5:39 p.m.- An individual came into the police station with an Ipod they had found near 2 Neillian Way. Contact was made with the owner of the device who came into the station to pick it up.Β
10:08 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a suspicious vehicle, what appeared to be a golf cart, driving all over the property of Hartwell Farms. The responding officer reported he checked the area, but the vehicle was gone.Β
