Police Log: A Slew of Car Crashes and a Lost Dog

Tuesday, March 19

5:58 a.m.- The Bedford Police Department received a call reporting a one car accident on Spring Road at Gould Road. There were no injuries. The responding officer reported the vehicle was towed.

8:19 a.m.- Police received a call reporting a car crash with no one injured near 528 Springs Road. The owner of the vehicle received assistance in moving his vehicle onto Ellingson Road. The responding officer reported it was a single car crash, and that the operator of the vehicle called AAA for a tow.Β 

9:33 a.m.- An employee at 330 South Road reported a large red-brown Mastiff was wandering around outside, unattended, and was brought inside due to the snow. An officer reported the owner of the dog was out looking for it, and the information on where it was located was relayed to the owner.Β

11:31 a.m.- A resident of Sunset Road reported a neighbor always parks their vehicle on the road, near 16 Sunset Road, during snowstorms. The responding officer reported the vehicle was parked at 18 Sunset Road and that all involved parties were spoken to and that the situation was resolved for the time being.Β 

2:52 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a car crash with no injuries in front of Renzo Salon at 428 North Road. The vehicle was towed.Β
