Police Log: A Suspicious Vehicle on Norma Road

The following information was provided by the Bedford Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, Jan. 7

1:31 a.m.- An officer reported the lights were left on on the second floor of New England Nurseries. These lights are normally not left on overnight.

8:28 a.m.- A caller reported the traffic signal at Shawsheen Road was not rotating properly. The responding officer observed the lights and reported they were cycling properly.

11:22 a.m.- A resident of Carlisle called BPD to report she had been attempting to contact her friend, a Bedford resident, for several days to no avail. She requested an officer check on her friend. An officer spoke with the individual, a resident of Pheasant Lane, and confirmed all was well.

3:50 p.m.- A resident of Norma Road called the Bedford Police Department to report a suspicious vehicle parked in front of their home. The responding officer reported the car belonged to a visitor of a neighbor and informed the reporting person of this.
