Police Log: Bedford Man Arrested For Assault and Battery

Friday, March 15

9:43 a.m.- The Bedford Police Department received an anonymous call reporting two individuals who walk their dogs in the area of Copeland Drive, letting their dogs run across lawns and not cleaning up after them. An officer spoke with the two involved individuals and noted their dogs seemed well behaved. The officer reported they both were from Bedford and would walk their dogs elsewhere.

1:26 p.m.- An officer responded to a car crash without injuries in the parking lot of New England Nurseries.Β 

5:26 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a vehicle leaking fuel at 101 Old Billerica Road. The responding officer reported a small clean up was made and that the vehicle was not leaking fuel when it was turned off. AAA was called and the vehicle was cleared to be towed.Β

5:49 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a possible domestic incident in a vehicle operating erratically on Concord Road. The vehicle left Bedford, and the Concord Police Department was notified. The responding Bedford police officer reported Justin Bradfield, of Bedford, was placed under arrest for domestic assault and battery.Β
