Police Log: Suspicious Blood on Nickerson Road

Thursday, Jan. 3
11:35 a.m.- An individual dropped a cell phone he found near Organix Spa off at the Bedford Police Department. An officer took control of the phone.Â

3:28 p.m.- A caller reported several solar lights had been stolen from 442 Great Road.Â
4:10 p.m.- A caller reported what appeared to be blood at the end of a driveway of a Nickerson Road residence. The responding officer reported it did appear that there was a small amount of blood at the end of the driveway.

4:52 p.m.- Police responded to reports of a car crash without injury at Wilson Park.Â
Friday, Jan. 4
10:12 a.m.- Police responded to a Hartford Street residence for a reported attempted suicide. One person was transported by ambulance to the hospital.Â
10:34 a.m.- A caller reported a black Honda being operated erratically, putting things into mailboxes, on North Road. An officer located and stopped the vehicle and reported all was in order.
11:50 a.m.- A caller reported a light blue colored sedan being operated erratically on Old Billerica Road near Route 3.Â
2:08 p.m.- An individual came into the Bedford Police Department to report the larceny of a trash can from 201 Carlisle Road.Â
7:31 p.m.- A caller reported a hit and run crash in front of 100 Old Billerica Road where her vehicle was struck by a dark colored SUV which continued into Carleton Willard Village. The responding officer located the SUV.
9:41 p.m.- A caller reported a suspicious male she suspected was following her and her husband while they were walking their dog near Taylor Pond. The responding officer spoke with the individual described by the reporting person who said he was just out for a walk.
