Police: Parking Spot Disputes at T.J. Maxx

Saturday, Dec. 22
8:47 a.m.- Bedford Police Department received a call reporting a possible burst water pipe near 29 Orchard Road. The responding officer confirmed there was water coming from an unknown source. DPW was notified.Â

10:25 a.m.- A resident of Reeves Road called to report his snow tires and a bicycle had been stolen.Â
11:34 a.m.- An individual came into the station to drop off a cell phone they had found in the Bedford High School parking lot. The "Home" contact was called, and the parent of the owner came to pick up the phone.Â

3:34 p.m.- A caller reported she was involved in a dispute with another individual in the parking lot of T.J. Maxx over a parking spot. The responding officers spoke with both parties and reported all was in order.
5:19 p.m.- Police received a call reporting a tree down with wires in the area of 244 Carlisle Road. NStar was notified.
11:36 p.m.- A resident of Bagley Avenue reported a dog had been barking loudly for an extended period of time in the area of Independence Road and Garrison Drive. The responding officer reported he checked the area, but all was quiet.
