5 Things: LEGO Club at the Library and Lacrosse Across the Street
Events in Belmont on Thursday, April 4.

1. Does your child love LEGOS? Is your child in kindergarten through the second grade? Then sign up for today's Belmont Public Library's LEGO club! Members will be able to create their own unique LEGO structures and show off photos of them on the Children's Room 'LEGO Wall of Fame.' Due to popular demand, there will be two sessions beginning at 3:15 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. Sign-up is required. Stop by the Children's Room or call 617-993-2880 to sign up. Hurry! Space is limited.
2. The Belmont High School sports season gets underway on Harris Field at 4 p.m. as Boys' Lacrosse starts its Middlesex League campaign at 4 p.m. when they play hosts to Lexington High School. Over at the tennis courts at 3:30 p.m., Girls' Tennis takes on Stoneham and the Baseball team has a preseason game with The Rivers School beginning at 4 p.m.
3. Swing by the Belmont Media Center from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the gallery show opening of Belmont photographer Diane Hardy's exhibit "How I See It." The photos for "How I See It" were taken over the course of the past two years at locations in New England, California, New York, Florida and Belize. This event is free and open to the public.

4. Infant Lapsit Storytime is for infants and pre-walkers. Enjoy songs, finger plays, and rhymes chosen especially for our littlest readers of the Belmont Public Library. The sit down takes place between 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Flett Room across from the Children's Room.
5. Yoga tonight in Gardiner Hall at Plymouth Congregational Church at 582 Pleasant St. at 7 p.m. (Enter on Alexander Street). Taught by professionals in the Vinyasa style. Bring your own mat. All levels welcome. $10 per class. Free parking on Pleasant, Leonard and behind Macy's. All proceeds benefit Plymouth Nursery School.
