5 Things ... To Consider in a Future Belmont Community Path

Residents are asked to complete a survey for the new path

There's still time to share your opinion about a proposed multi-use path through Belmont that could provide a safe passage to school, a recreation space for walking/jogging/biking and a way for people to commute to work, according to Kevin Sullivan, chairman of the Path Committee.

More than 1,100 people have already filled out the survey, which will be open until March 31.

The responses will help inform the Belmont Community Path Advisory Committee (CPAC) in drafting a route for a future path. Ideally, the path would connect Belmont to a series of other shared-use paths planned and completed that would stretch from Northampton to North Station.
