4. Discover the Beech Street Center's Fitness Center. It has state-of-the-art equipment and it’s easy and inexpensive to join. Schedule a one-hour orientation session, fill in some forms, and pay a membership fee ($35 for 3 months for Belmont residents 50 and over, $40 for non-Belmont residents 60 and over). After that – come use the equipment whenever the Center is open.
