Free Movies During Early-Release Wednesdays in March

Belmont Savings Bank in coordination with the Burbank PTA, Butler PTA, Winn Brook PTA and Wellington PTO is sponsoring a pair of free movie matinees at the Belmont Studio Cinema for families to enjoy during this month’s early release school days. 

The free movie series begins this Wednesday, March 6 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. with the animated comedy hit, Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted.

The 2012 Academy Awards nominated Wreck It Ralph will be shown on March 20 at 1 p.m., as well as in Watertown on the 13th.

Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted, a 2012 American 3D computer-animated comedy film, is the third installment of the Madagascar series, and it is the first in the series to be released in 3D. Wreck It Ralph tells the story of an arcade game villain who rebels against his role and dreams of becoming a hero.

In addition to free admission, Belmont Savings will be offering free popcorn as well as a coloring contest. Prizes for the winning drawing include a complimentary birthday party as well as a movie/dinner package, consisting of two movie tickets, two burritos and two sodas. 

Children attending the Free Wednesday Movie Matinees must be accompanied by an adult. 

For the coloring contest, the Bank will be giving away passbooks with a $100 free initial deposit.

Belmont Studio Cinema is located at 376 Trapelo Rd.
