• December 19 2025 Public Notices (belmontvoice.org) — Belmont residents should note that electric Time of Use rates will change on January 1, 2026, with details available from Belmont Municipal Light. The Zoning Board of Appeals will also hold hybrid public hearings on January 5 for several special permit requests affecting homes on Oak Avenue, Thomas Street, and Van Ness Road, which may interest nearby neighbors.
