Patriots' Day is also one of the great quirky traditions in sports: Morning baseball as the Boston Red Sox have traditionally been scheduled to play at home in Fenway Park at 11 a.m., the only game in baseball that begins before noon. It is scheduled at this time so fans could see see the lead runners coming through nearby Kenmore Square.
