1. This morning at 10 a.m., Congressman John Tierney will host a “Women in the Workforce” Forum featuring U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis, at the Cummings Center Community Conference Room, Suite 221-E.

2. Hurricane Isaac: The  is doing its part to help rescue dogs in the path of the storm, and are arranging to bring 28 dogs to safety in Salem. Learn more about their efforts . 

3. School Committee: A regular School Committee meeting will be held tonight at 7 p.m. at .
