BEVERLY, MA — A boat with no engine and its electrical systems disconnected was found unmanned and adrift about 12 nautical miles off the coast of Massachusetts Friday. The boat's registration number is FL1395KB. The U.S. Coast Guard is asking anyone with information on the vessel to contact the Sector Boston command center at 617-223-5757.
