Beverly Man Charged In Rash Of Break-Ins Near Cape Cod

Wareham police said Kristopher Foley, 36, was found with stolen items and had two outstanding arrest warrants from Lynn District Court.

BEVERLY, MA — A Beverly man was charged in connection with a rash of car break-ins near Cape Cod after police said he was found with items reported stolen in a backpack on Tuesday night.

Wareham police said Kristopher Foley, 36, was charged with breaking and entering, receiving stolen goods under $1,200, and trespassing. Police said Foley also had two outstanding arrest warnings for similar crimes out of Lynn District Court.

Police said the break-ins happened in the Onset section of town on Tuesday night. They said they were able to use surveillance video from the area to identify Foley as a possible suspect when they found him in Onset Center.

Police said Foley was found in possession of a backpack and stolen items from the recent breaks and was arrested without incident.

Foley was to be arraigned at Wareham District Court.
