CT Man Charged In Beverly Broadway Cocaine Bust

Beverly police said cocaine was seized after they were provided a tip that a delivery was coming to the Broadway/Rantoul Street area.

BEVERLY, MA — A Connecticut man is facing cocaine trafficking charges after Beverly police said a tip about an incoming delivery led to the seizure of the drug last week.

Police said Raajon M. James, 27, of Manchester, Connecticut, was charged with trafficking more than 36 grams but less than 100 grams of cocaine following the bust in the area of Rantoul Street and Broadway on Saturday.

Police said that based on the tip they had a potential time for the delivery and a vehicle description of the suspected distributor.
