Hamilton Family Welcomes Beverly Hospital's First Baby Of 2025

Piper was born about 65 minutes into the new year early Wednesday morning.

BEVERLY, MA — It took just over an hour for Beverly Hospital to welcome its first New Year's baby as a Hamilton couple celebrated the birth of their son, Piper Charles Begg, at 1:05 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

Stefanie Tannenbaum and Chris Begg are the proud parents of Piper, who came into the world weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces and measuring 20 inches long.

Piper joins his 5-year-old brother, River Begg, at home.

A Beverly Hospital spokesperson said Piper and his family were all doing well as of Wednesday night.
