Kelly And Ryan Recognize Beverly Native As Hometown Hero
Beverly photographer Erinn Powers has raised $22,000 for charities by photographing 265 homes for the Front Steps Project.
BEVERLY, MA — The premiere morning talk show has recognized a Beverly native for her work during the coronavirus crisis.
Live With Kelly And Ryan featured Beverly photographer Erinn Powers, who has raised $22,000 for charities by photographing 265 homes for the Front Steps Project. In a partnership with John Freida US, Powers received a $5,000 donation to "help her keep up the amazing work for her community."
"Erinn, you’ve made Beverly proud, and we are grateful for your efforts," Beverly Mayor Mike Cahill said in a Facebook post.

Powers, a professional photographer, has been making pictures of people on their front steps during the coronavirus pandemic. Instead paying Powers, the subjects of her photos make donations to local charities.

Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest interviewed Powers on Monday's show. "Thanks so much for doing what you're doing," Seacrest said.
Powers said she will donate the $5,000 to a mix of charities. Boston-area photographers Cara Soulia and Kristen Collins started the Front Steps Project in March and, since then, have enlisted dozens of Massachusetts photographers to participate.
