According to public records, Jovic lives in an apartment at 38 Beckford St. where on Aug. 13 the State Police Bomb Squad, State Fire Marshal’s Office and the Essex District Attorney’s Office investigated “a possible public safety threat,” according to Kimball-Monahan. The Beverly police and fire departments also took part in the search.
