Snow Closes Beverly Municipal Buildings Friday
All city buildings except for emergency services are closed because of the late-February storm.

BEVERLY, MA — All Beverly municipal buildings will be closed on Friday except for emergency services as snow blankets the North Shore.
City Hall, the Beverly Public Library and the Beverly Recreation are all closed.
The Beverly Fire Department and Police Department remain open.

Beverly remains under a snow emergency parking ban that began at midnight and is set to extend until 6 a.m. on Saturday unless conditions warrant otherwise. Free or discounted parking is available in municipal lots or the MBTA Garage.
The trash and recycling delay, which was already in effect this week because of the Monday holiday, will now run through next Friday.
Residents who typically have their trash picked up on Thursday will now be picked up Saturday and those who have their trash picked up on Friday will have it collected on Monday.
There will be no trash and recycling pickup on Sunday. Trash will then be picked up on a one-day delay starting Tuesday through Friday.
The Cabot Street Cinema Theater will also be closed on Friday.
