27-Mile Mass Pike Chase Hits 115 MPH; Driver Arrested
The chase started in Weston and ended when the driver hit spikes in Millbury, police said.
MILLBURY, MA — Massachusetts State Police used spike strips to stop a driver going 115 MPH on the Mass Pike early Wednesday morning.
The police chase started in Weston around 3 a.m. A trooper saw a 2014 Nissan Altima driving erratically, and the driver did not stop when police attempted to pull him over.
Several other cruisers joined the pursuit, with the driver traveling for 27 miles at speeds between 100-115 MPH while changing lanes to pass other vehicles.

Around 3:20 a.m., the driver hit spike strips in Millbury, deflating all four of the car’s tires.
