The Boston Public Library is working with the City of Boston to distribute at-home COVID-19 test kits. Here’s what you need to know:

- This is meant to be a one-time pickup.
- There is a limit of four test kits per household.
- At this time, tests are available only at specific branches. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability.
- See the full list of pick up sites. Participating library locations currently include: Central Library, Brighton, Codman Square, East Boston, Grove Hall, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, and South Boston.
- Tests are also available at the Boston Centers for Youth and Families locations at Paris Street in East Boston, Hyde Park, Mildred Ave. in Mattapan, and the Tobin and Shelburne Community Centers in Roxbury.
