Hazmat Team Called As Police Look Into Death At Roxbury Apartment

Early police scanner radio indicated a hazmat team was called to an apartment in Roxbury Monday afternoon.

BOSTON — Police told Patch a call to investigate a person turned into a death investigation Monday afternoon. Although police said there are no further details being released, according to early police scanner radio, hazmat unit and the homicide unit are headed to a home in Roxbury after police found a couple of 50 gallon drums of something in an apartment there.

It's not clear just what happened, yet. More to come.
