Man Charged With Kicking Service Dog At MBTA Station
William Bagen, 43, of Quincy, has been charged with one count of cruelty to animals.
BOSTON — A Quincy man was charged with animal cruelty after kicking a woman’s service dog at South Station Wednesday afternoon, MBTA Transit Police said.
William Bagen, 43, of Quincy, was charged with one count of cruelty to animals.
Transit police said that around 4:40 p.m., a woman told them a man kicked her service dog in the head after saying, “Get that f---ing dog out of my way.”
