Multiple Alarm Fire Rips Through Dorchester Home

Fire officials said the fire was making its way through every floor of the three-floor home.

BOSTON — Firefighters are working to put out a two-alarm fire at Tovar Street in Dorchester. Officials said they got a call about a fire around 10 a.m. at 5 Tovar Street and when they got there, they were met with flames coming from the back of the three-story building.

Officials said all three floors appeared to be on fire.

It's unclear if anyone was home at the time of the fire.
