The Copeland Field House at  was buzzing on Thursday night for the Bay State Conference Cheerleading and Dance Competition. High-flying cheerleading moves and precise dances were set to fast-paced music at the conference's only dance and cheerleading event of the year. The Milton High cheerleading team kicked off the event with a spirited performance and their dance counterparts finished the two-hour competition with a well-executed routine. The overall cheerleading winner was Framingham followed by Walpole and Needham.
