BROOKLINE, MA — A 60-year-old worker was found dead on the grounds of The Country Club in Brookline Wednesday morning, according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey.
The man, whose name is not being immediately released, was found by co-workers, Morrissey said. Initial information indicates that he had been working an overnight security shift at the site.
Police said injuries and evidence at the scene suggest that the victim may have fallen from a decking area behind a tent that did not have railings present. Occupational Safety and Health Administration responded to the scene to open a workplace safety investigation.
