Annual Holiday Toy Drive Back In Brookline

BROOKLINE, MA — The town’s Community and Development Corporation and Housing Authority are once again partnering for their annual Holiday Toy Drive.

The two entities will be collecting donations from Friday, Nov. 29 through Sunday, Dec. 15.

“We are seeking new, unwrapped toys that are appropriate for newborns through 12 years old. Please no stuffed animals or violent toys,” BCDC Executive Director Giovanny Valencia said. “We will be collecting gifts and monetary donations to provide a brighter holiday for more than 400 BHA and economically struggling families.”

Eight locations will be available for community members to drop off donations during business hours throughout the drive: 361 Washington St., 31 Pleasant St., 210 Harvard St., 19 Harvard St., 333 Washington St., 50 Druce St.,19 Kenard Road, and 959 West Roxbury Pkwy on Chestnut Hill.
