
BROOKLINE, MA — Brookline Police report two people were injured Monday in the course of an armed home invasion on Winchester Street near Thorndike.
Police released descriptions of the suspects Tuesday.
Brookline Police say they were called to the home close to 2 a.m., summoned by a friend who was texted and told to call the police regarding a robbery.

The investigation found:
... four suspect allegedly "burst into the home armed with weapons and demanded money." Two roommates, awoken by the commotion during the robbery, were able to flee. After the subjects fled, victims contacted different friends via social media asking them to contact police. Based on the investigation, this incident does not appear to be a random attack."
Police released the following descriptions of the suspects:

1. Black man, dark complexion, late 20s, 5'8"-6'0", with a scar across his face, shorter hair, wearing a dark winter jacket, and holding a silver gun
2. Black man, dark complexion, 20-26 years old, 6', hair pulled back, possibly dreads, wearing a dark winter coat and hold a darker colored gun
3. Middle-eastern possibly white man, 24-30 years, 6', having very "frizzy" hair, and possibly a beard, wearing a tan/off white winter jacket and jeans, holding a knife
4. Black man, dark complexion, 26-30 years old, 6’ wearing dark clothes and holding a larger gun than the others also darker in color.
