Asian American Heritage Celebration Returning To Brookline
The event will be the third in the town's history.

BROOKLINE, MA — Town Administrator Chas Carey announced the town’s annual Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Celebration is taking place on Saturday, May 3.
The four-hour event, which begins at 11 a.m. in Hunneman Hall at Brookline Village Library, centers around stories and artworks from locals with AANHPI heritage. This year's keynote guest is award-winning author Patricia Park, who has published three books in her career. The celebration will also include student performances from the Baker School AANHPI Orchestra, Fan Dance Troupe, and K-Pop Team.
After the entertainment, the event will migrate to the Korean Church on 32 Harvard St. where food will be provided from the Moyzilla Food Truck and Manoa Poke Shop. At the church, Brookline organizations such as Racial Justice and Equity, Chinese School, and Immigrant Advancement Committee.
