BROOKLINE, MA — A significant residential property in Coolidge Corner has changed hands in ownership.

10-12 Greenway Court was just sold for $11.8 million. The sale was announced by Hunneman Properties, who brokered the deal. The property contains 14 residential units in two adjacent brick buildings.

Neighboring attractions include Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, the Larz Anderson Auto Museum, and the historic Coolidge Corner Theater. In addition, it is within walking distance of the MBTA Green Line Coolidge Corner station.
