Brookline Wants Nonprofits To Join Boston Marathon Team
Team Brookline has been raising money for the town for 13 years.

BROOKLINE, MA — The town announced it is getting an early start on finding nonprofit organizations to become part of its team for the Boston Marathon in 2026.
Team Brookline was established in partnership with the Boston Athletic Association in 2012 to recruit local nonprofits that benefit the town to take part in an opportunity that benefits the organization and the community.
Prospective applicants will be evaluated, including all precious participants from last year who will have to reapply in an attempt to maximize fairness of the process.
