Brookline Man Arraigned For Inapproriate Behavior Toward Minors: Report

The incident took place at concert in Boston.

BROOKLINE, MA — A resident was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court Thursday on charges related to disseminating obscene matter to minors, according to a report from WCVB Newscenter 5.

Alan Musson, 80 reportedly viewed obscene material near and threatened two 15-year-old girls during a Benson Boone concert at TD Garden. According to Assistant District Attorney Olivia Izzi, Musson displayed images of male genitalia on his phone and said “I will kill you” to the two juveniles. Musson acknowledged looking at the obscene photos when questioned by police.
Musson has officially been charged with threat to commit a crime, disorderly conduct, and disseminating obscene matter to a minor. He was released on his own recognizance and is slated to return to court on Friday, Oct. 31.
