Brookline Sticker Creation Contest Narrows Down To 9
Residents have until the end of the week to crown the ultimate winner.

BROOKLINE, MA — The Town Clerk’s Office has selected nine finalists who submitted designs for “I voted” stickers to use in the town’s annual election on Tuesday, May 6.
Town Clerk Ben Kaufman began soliciting for designs from community youths between kindergarten and eighth grade in February. After receiving 91 submissions, a panel of town and school district officials selected the top entries. The public now has the chance to choose the ultimate winner. Town Administrator Chas Carey, who was part of the selection panel, lamented how difficult it was to narrow the submissions down to just nine.
Designs that receive the most votes will also receive a gift card to Mamaleh’s Delicatessen, a four-pack of day passes to the Evelyn Kirrane Aquatics Center from Brookline Recreation, and a button of their design to keep as a memento.
